Our goal is to help you to be fully who you really are and to guide you to how you can live your true potential every day of your life.
What does that mean?
We have devoted our whole life to live love and over the course of many years have learnt how love can touch and transform all areas of life. And because we live this as our everyday life we know that you can do the same. To live the source of life is within reach of everyone and you can get there by letting go of binding behaviour models, thought patterns and beliefs.
The reality of your life is to a very large degree shaped by your beliefs; beliefs that will shape your thoughts and emotions, which in turn create your actions. All of these together will form the life that you experience at any time. This includes all your joys and so-called "accidental" life circumstances.
It is good for you to know:
We do not belong to any religion or are not part of any beliefsystem or school of any sort. We also do not follow the spiritual advice of anyone. Everything that we teach comes out the experience of our own lives and because we are in touch with life itelf, every seminar or consultation is always new, fresh and origimal.
To reach your potential and bring light into your life usually involves the following:
- Your body's physical structure will change by relaxing those mucles and tissues that have accumulated memories and emotions. Yoga, dance and movement-therapy as well as individual consultations are among our ways of helping our clients to be in physical balance and to be able to move freely.
- Old and outdated thought and behaviour patterns need to be realized and replaced. This can be done by participation in our courses or by individual appointment.
- We help you to create a vision of your life by which you can live in more joy and love.
- We will assist you in creating more healthy and life supporting relationships.
- Your physical health will change by utilizing customized diettary & naturopathic principles
What is the best way to start working with us?

The themes we work with are amoung the most important issues in our modern lives and deal with many of the aspects that keep you chained in ignorance or dis-ease. Often you will find that your eye wanders to a particular word or phrase that is important to you. If you are unsure what to do and are interested in our work, please feel free to contact us or write a question..
The easiest way is to come to a consultation or participate in one of our day seminars. The msot common of these days is the loce & consciousness day, which is held once a month and is easy to join. If you plan to participate please let us know in advance.
In our yoga courses you can participate even if you have no prior experience.
